Terms & Returns
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order up to 7 days after order receipt date, as long as the items are in their original condition, with all tickets and tags attached.
We love our products and hope you do too but completely understand if you need to return your items. Coucon accepts refunds on items returned in an unworn condition with the tags intact within 14 days of delivery. Refunds exclude any shipping fees including return postage (with the exception of exchanges, see below for details). Proof of purchase must be available for us to process a refund. Any items received in a non-sellable condition will not be accepted.
Please return your order to us folded and in their original packaging. We recommend that items are returned to us using a trackable, signed-for, delivery service and that you insure your return for the value of the product.
Whilst we don't offer direct exchanges, we understand you may wish to swap your item for a different size or colour. We ask you return the original item(s) you don't wish to keep with the return slip. Once we receive and accept the return will then issue a refund against your original payment method. If you wish to receive a different size, colour or item, you'll need to place a new order via the website. It is your choice whether you reorder straight away or wait until you have received your refund before placing the new order.
We can offer a reimbursement on your return postage fee if you place a new order with us. To receive the reimbursement, please send your proof of postage from previous order, along with your new order number to email@example.com - UK returns only. All international customers are responsible for their own return postage fees).
Payments will be pre-authorised at the time of order placement. No goods shall be supplied without payment. We will, however, not take payment for the order until it is ready to ship.
We use Stripe UK to process all our transactions on our behalf safely and securely, and as such the only information we have access to is your name and address which is necessary to complete delivery of your order.
Only your submitted information is used to fulfill your order. We will never, ever pass your personal information to anyone else.
All orders placed shall be dispatched no later than 5 working days after being ordered with us. However, we will endeavor to keep our customers up to date on any delays that may affect their order. Coucon Outdoor can accept orders to deliver to anywhere in UK and EU. We cannot deliver everywhere in the world yet, but we’re working on it...
Delivery costs are automatically added during checkout.
We hold a limited stock at our facility and orders may enter a queue for manufacturing. If there is a delay concerning the delivery of goods we endeavour to keep our customers up to date on any delays.
Liability and claims
We cannot accept responsibility for any injury, allergy, illness or damage due to our product. Claims arising from damage or delay of the goods in transit must be made through Email or phone to Coucon Outdoor no later than 7 working days after the date of delivery. Coucon Outdoor shall be afforded reasonable opportunity to investigate any claim made, and the customer shall, if so requested in writing or verbally by Coucon Outdoor, promptly and securely return all products and packing materials related to the claim for examination by Coucon Outdoor
If the customer establishes that any product was not delivered, damaged while in transit, or was not received in the correct quantity/option, Coucon Outdoor shall, at its option, replace them with similar items or offer customer credit to the invoice value of the related goods.

In no circumstance shall the liability of Coucon Outdoor to the customer exceed the invoice total.
We reserve the right to alter the product specification in any way we choose. We will, however, endeavour to keep the website up to date as well as let any customer know if there has been a specification change made to their order.
